New factory opens

 |  | Work at the new Studio Designs factory in China is now at full production and with the introduction of the new "Desire" alarm clocks the factory has boosted its output for this new collection for Oliver Hemming. Employing western standards of quality control and production Oliver says that the factory can now achieve the very highest quality levels. "We have customers from all over the world and many are very concerned about the quality of every aspect of our production and the environmental issues that go with it. With our own factory we now have a complete grip on what’s going on and have full acountability. These Desire alarm clocks share a lot of technology with the watch industry in their construction and the use of real crystal glass lenses is very inovative for an alarm clock collection" See them here and in the stores soon. Morphe - Morphe Stainless steel teaset
The Morphe Stainless steel teaset was designed in 2001 by Oliver Hemming and had a very limited production run of only 500 complete sets. If you are lucky enough to own a set then you can see its a challenging and inspiring new shape. Technically extremely difficult to make in 2 halves lenthways, this set was infact very practical to use. The teapot had a removable tea filter in stainless steel and the retail price at the time of production in 2006 was around $250.00. 18/10 Stainless and PPE heat resistant handle.
